About Crystal

Born and raised in Napa Valley, I am very proud of my Latino heritage and decided it was time to follow in my hero’s footsteps and become a part of the NCHCC. My grandfather (my hero) was a founding member of the NCHCC and would take me to events/mixers as a young girl. I would be amazed by the passion he had for this community and the impact he made. He taught me so many values and I am happy to carry on his legacy.

I am married to my best friend and love of my life, Vincent Martinez who re-connected me with the NCHCC. I thank him for that. We are newlyweds, he is a mortgage loan officer and I have 18 years as a wine industry professional. Together we truly make the dream team.

My goal for being the Director of Memberships for the NCHCC is to expand our network and welcome all walks of life. I want to spread the word and bring the professionals in Napa Valley, to help them grow their businesses. I aspire to be a leader who helps those that want help in meeting new people, and giving them the opportunities they deserve.

Aside from working, I’ve played softball (Napa leagues and traveled until I was 31 years old), and I have coached cheerleading and softball. I love to wine taste and explore the valley. I enjoy the beach, traveling the United States and soon internationally. I love sports (Raider football and Giants baseball). I love to cook, bake, and bbq. I love spending time with my husband, our beautiful family, and all the friends I have made along the way.

I look forward to meeting more people new and old, and becoming an asset to the NCHCC.
