About Giselle
Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and moved to Napa at 12 years old with her mom and brother. Growing up in Napa’s beautiful wine region allowed her to start an early career in the Hospitality industry.
Having worked in restaurants, hotels, and wineries throughout the Valley helped her gain experience in local and signature restaurants including, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Mustard’s Grill. After eight years of working at Morimoto, she helped open a small boutique bed and breakfast downtown as the General Manager of a historical, small hotel.
She recently joined the PlumpJack Group, where she started as the DTC Sales Manager and moved into the Event Manager position to continue her passion for events.
She believes in environmentally friendly approaches and caring for the environment, which is why PlumpJack Group satisfies her beliefs since they have 2 Gold LEED Certified Wineries, and their core values are approachable, friendly, and caring for the environment.
The part she loves the most about the Hospitality industry, particularly in events, is the connections she creates with the guests. “It is very rewarding to see smiling faces and laughs at a dinner that I got to create, and it is something that I do not take for granted.”
