Alonso
Corona
Alonso Corona is an entrepreneur who grew up in Los Angeles, CA. He received his BA in Business from UC Santa Cruz where he met his wife. Together, they came to Napa where Alonso became an entrepreneur, owning and operating Greene’s Cleaners, a dry cleaning business, for 18 years.

Since selling the business in 2021,  Alonso has devoted his time to local charities and community organizations. His passion for giving back to the community brought Alonso to the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where he is excited to be able to have an integral part in representing the underrepresented in the community.

In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Alonso devotes his free time to throwing clay on the pottery wheel, martial arts, and taking photographs which he likes to print in large format to share with friends and family.

Erika
Velazquez
Erika, a native of Napa, brings over 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry, having collaborated with
Farm Labor Contractors, Vineyard Management, and wineries throughout the Napa Valley. Erika serves as an
Account Executive specializing in reducing injury frequency and minimizing workers’ compensation costs for
companies of all sizes. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Erika is dedicated to expanding her safety expertise
through ongoing education and industry-specific courses. As part of a comprehensive team at Relation, she
leverages her extensive agricultural background to offer clients robust risk management solutions with workers’
compensation, general liability packages, loss control, FLC licensing assistance, with a particular focus on
California safety programs and regulations.
Erika is an active member of professional associations such as the Agricultural Personnel Management Association
(APMA), Ag Safe, and the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). She contributes to the Napa Valley
Farmworker Foundation (NVFF) and serves as Education Director for the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of
Commerce. Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Communication Studies from California State
University Sacramento, a Master of Science in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University,
and certifications in Human Resources Management from Sonoma State University and HRMA from APMA. Her
extensive training includes Pesticides WPS Fieldworker & Handler Instruction from the University of California and
Heat Stress Safety for Supervisors from the California Farm Bureau/California Department of Industrial Relations.
Additionally, Erika is certified as a Master Forklift Instructor, Adult CPR/AED/Standard First Aid Instructor, and holds
licenses in California for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, among other qualifications.

Dominguez
Yazmin Dominguez, a native of Napa, CA, has a deep-rooted passion for making a positive impact on her community, stemming from her early experiences with limited public resources and language barriers. This drive led her to earn a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and subsequently embark on a career dedicated to serving others. Yazmin currently serves as a Board Aide to the Napa County Board of Supervisors since October 2023. Yazmin brings a wealth of experience in the public sector. Her involvement with the NCHCC underscores her commitment to supporting and empowering local businesses, showcasing her dedication to fostering growth and prosperity within her community.

Fatima
Sosa Ortiz
Fatima Sosa Ortiz was born in Hidalgo, Mexico, and moved to the Napa Valley at age 5. She grew up in Angwin and attended Pacific Union College thanks to DACA, where she earned her BBA in Business with a Minor in Italian. Fatima works at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management here in Napa, where she takes great pleasure in guiding people on their financial journeys.

Passionate about community involvement, Fatima volunteers in various capacities. She serves as Chaplain on the Board for the Native Sons and Daughters of Italy in America, Lodge 2043. Fatima is also committed to supporting women and serves as Secretary on the Board for Soroptimist International, St. Helena Sunrise. Additionally, Fatima coaches for Girls on the Run, inspiring young girls to achieve their best.

When off the clock, Fatima enjoys spending time with family, trail running, trying new recipes, attending concerts, and getting lost in a good book.

Edith Guitron is a trusted mortgage professional, community leader, and advocate for homeownership with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and lending industry. As Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate, Edith has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client service, strategic financing solutions, and a personalized approach that makes every borrower feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout the home financing journey.

Known for her integrity, professionalism, and strong relationships within the Napa Valley and surrounding communities, Edith specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, self-employed borrowers, and Spanish-speaking families navigate the lending process with confidence. Her ability to simplify complex loan scenarios while maintaining a high level of care and communication has earned her the trust of both clients and referral partners alike.

In recognition of her dedication and production excellence, Edith was named among the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in America in 2021, a distinction that reflects her commitment to outstanding results and client success.

Beyond lending, Edith is deeply involved in her community and is passionate about creating opportunities for education, connection, and growth. She currently serves as an Event Coordinator for the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she helps organize impactful events that support local businesses and strengthen community relationships.

A proud mother, entrepreneur, and leader, Edith believes that homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building generational wealth and stability. Her mission is not only to close loans, but to create lasting relationships and positively impact the lives of the families she serves.

Yessenia Anderson serves as Assistant Vice President of External Affairs and Communications at NorthBay Health, where she leads internal and external communications, public affairs, and community engagement.

In her role she spearheads communications grounded in impactful storytelling, drives meaningful connection and trust across the communities NorthBay Health serves, and advances advocacy and partnerships that support the organization’s mission and growth.
As a proud Mexican American immigrant, Yessenia is deeply committed to uplifting Hispanic voices and supporting both Hispanic-owned businesses and the broader business community.

Rose
Trevor J. Rose was born and raised in Napa, California, where his family first settled more than 100 years ago. After studying Spanish Language, Linguistics and Literature at the University of Barcelona, Trevor graduated Phi Beta Kappa with high honors from UC Berkeley in 2007, earning degrees in Spanish and Music. He went on to receive his J.D. from UC Hastings, now UC Law San Francisco, in 2011, where he received multiple academic awards.

Before founding Rose Law Firm of Napa Valley, Trevor served as General Counsel and an MLBPA Certified Player Agent for California Sports Management, Inc., a full-service sports agency representing professional baseball players from around the world. In that role, he gained valuable experience in contract negotiation, legal strategy, and client advocacy.

Trevor is the founder of Rose Law Firm of Napa Valley and has been a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar since 2018. His practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, business law, and real property title and deed matters. Trevor is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is proud to serve the community that raised him. Outside of his law practice, Trevor enjoys staying involved in the Napa community and spending time with his wife, Valentina, and their two daughters, Ellie and Amelia.

Marcencia
Will Marcencia grew up in Southern California and began his post-college career from Loyola Marymount University in Marketing in the banking industry while quickly realizing he couldn’t do it for very long. He made the career change to entertainment, accepting a contract with Univision Communication’s advertising sales team. With some promotions, he moved over to the company’s newest revenue-generating division, Content Distribution.

Determined to write out his own destiny, he and his wife, Julissa, resigned their corporate jobs at Univision, eloped abroad, blended their last names to start their own legacy, and began their entrepreneurial journey with Wine Down Media. They now own and operate Napa Valley’s Radio stations, English-language KVYN-FM and Spanish-language KVON-AM, with the mission to deliver entertainment, information, and empowerment to the Napa Valley as they guide the media platforms’ evolvement with today’s technology.  

Marcencia proudly serves on the boards of Collabria Care, di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art, and the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Sunrise Rotary Club, former member of Napa Valley Community Foundation’s Community Programs & Grants committee, former Board Member of Friends Of Napa County Animal Shelter and alumni of Leadership Napa Valley’s Class 32.

Will is a recipient of the North Bay Business Journal Latino Business Leadership Award, the Harvesting Pride Award from the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Napa County’s Neighbors Helping Neighbors recognition.

Carlos Barragan is the Co-Owner of Vino Design Build, a general contracting and design-build firm based in the Napa Valley serving Napa, Sonoma, Marin, and the greater Bay Area. Under his leadership, the firm has built a reputation for craftsmanship, transparency, and a forward-thinking approach to construction including the integration of new technology to deliver better results for clients.

A proud bilingual leader rooted in his Hispanic heritage, Carlos is committed to strengthening the local business community. As an active board member of the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, he contributes to membership development and growth of the organization, helping connect and grow Hispanic-owned businesses across the region.

Outside of work, Carlos is a competitive racquetball player, loves hiking cooking at home and a devoted new father who believes that the same discipline and drive that fuel his game and his business also start at home.
