There are a lot of different financial instruments like savings accounts or stocks. Which one does Truevir Financial specialize in?

What do you mean by being your own bank?

Cash value life insurance allows you to take loans against your policy at a fixed rate. So let’s say you sign up for a policy and fund $10,000 in the plan. You can then borrow against it. 

For example, you can borrow $5,000 at a fixed interest rate of 3%, but your account earns as if it still had $10,000. It is also not reported to credit bureaus! So your credit is protected. This is a great alternative for those who want to be able to leverage debt without hurting their credit. 

What is Cash Value Life-Insurance? 

Cash value life insurance is life insurance that is tied to certain stock indexes. There are two main types that we work with. 

1. Whole life insurance 
2. Indexed Universal Life 

Each one has its benefits, but it depends on your goals and how aggressive you want to be with your investing.

You mentioned that Whole Life or Indexed Life Insurance Plans are all about how they’re structured. Could you elaborate on that?

Yes, how your account is structured makes all the difference. You want to keep your death benefit as low as possible and the cash value high. Other companies set up plans with a high death benefit as they receive a higher commission.
